Leading UK operator Gamestec has placed a large order for the Sound Leisure 1015 freestanding jukebox.

The deal, which is the largest single order that Sound Leisure has received for the digital freestanding range, will see the first machines delivered in late April, with further numbers of the machines being delivered for the following six months. “Gamestec has worked very closely with us throughout the development of the new range of machines and we are thrilled they have backed this up with a substantial order,” said Sound Leisure managing director Chris Black. “The 1015 freestanding jukebox is simply stunning and really attracts attention on site,” said Stefan Pololanski, senior product manager, Gamestec. “It combines the quality craftsmanship of a Sound Leisure nostalgia jukebox with the cutting-edge digital technology that Gamestec’s customers expect.” “The reaction to the freestanding jukeboxes has been amazing,” added James Luck of Soundnet. “Operators are placing them in gastro pubs, trendy bars and even family-focused food venues. They are perfect for getting new business in sites that wouldn’t normally consider machines.
