Sound Leisure Jukeboxes
Machines, How They Work
Producing high quality classic jukeboxes is extremely difficult! Every single Sound Leisure Classic Jukebox requires the skill, expertise and dedication of a unique and talented team of people to produce. In 2015 we were approached by a production company and asked if we would permit them to shoot a film for the Discovery Channel series "Machines, How They Work". The film details just a few of the techniques and technologies we use on every Classic Jukebox including the cabinet, mechanism and bubble tubes. We love the final film and hope it gives you an insight in to the production of a classic.
Over 200 students were given a hands-on experience with over 30 workplace visits and an engaging Careers Event in their first fortnight at the brand new UTC Leeds. Sound Leisure were heavily involved with this proccess as you can see from this video.
