IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Apple removing support for all 32 bit applications on macOS Catalina (10.15) Label Magic will not work on this or subsequent Mac operating systems. Label Magic continues to run on Windows and all macOS versions supporting 32 bit applications.

You can install and evaluate Label Magic for free, however to print labels will require an Activation code which provides you with a 12 month software subscription. If you have purchased a new Sound Leisure Classic Jukebox a free 12 month Label Magic Activation code will be included in your Welcome Pack. To purchase an Activation code click ADD TO BASKET below then head to the checkout. Once your purchase is complete you will be provided with an activation code and will receive a copy of this via email.
How to install Label Magic (PC and Mac)
- Label Magic requires the Adobe Air runtime to operate.
- To download the PC installer click here
- To download the MAC installerclick here.
- Double click the installer to install Adobe Air on your computer.
- Download the Label Magic (.air) installer file by clicking here
- When the Label Magic (.air) file has downloaded, double click it to begin the install process. When installation has completed Label Magic will open automatically.
- To evaluate the software without a subscription, click the “Skip” button. With the exception of the Print Labels functionality, you can now use all the functions of Label Magic.
Purchasing an Activation code
1. If you recieved a free Label Magic Activation Code with a jukebox purchase, please skip to step 3.
2. To purchase a Label Magic Activation Code click ADD TO BASKET below then head to the checkout. Once your purchase is complete you will be provided with an activation code and wil receive a copy of this via email.
Registering Label Magic
3. Open Label Magic and click the ‘REGISTER’ option at the top of the page.
4. Enter your personal details then choose a password and enter this in the PASSWORD box.
5. Now copy the Activation code from the Label Magic Confirmation Email or the Label Magic card you received with your new jukebox. Label Magic Activation Codes NEVER include the following letters: O , o, I , i.
If your code contains any characters that look like the letter O (o), these will always actually be a number 0 (zero). If your code contains any characters that look like the letter I (i), these will always be actually be a number 1 (one)
Return to Label Magic and enter the exact code in the ‘LABEL MAGIC ACTIVATION CODE’ box.
5. Review the Terms and Conditions and tick the box if you hare happy to proceed. Press the ‘REGISTER NOW’ button to complete the process.
6. Label Magic will return to the login page. You will receive a further email confirming your registration details.
7. Log in to Label Magic with the email address and Password you created when registering.
About Activation Codes
Label Magic activation codes are 32 characters in length.
Activation codes do not include the letters I or O. Anything that resembles these letters in the an activation code will be a 1 or 0 (zero.)
