Neon lighting, especially the glass tubes, are very fragile. From our experience, we can be sure that shipping via ‘regular’ mail (parcel delivery) will, as always, result in broken neons. That is why we usually send neon lighting on a pallet or we deliver it ourselves when we are nearby with our own transport. Because we try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, this is calculated separately after the neon has been ordered in our webshop. We hope we can avoid confusion and clarify why we ship these fragile items this way. So keep in mind if you order a neon, that we will contact you for shipping and costs.
