SL Quick Support is a safe and secure way to allow us to temporarily connect to your computer, but only when you request our help.
Once connected, we can control you computer as if we were sitting in your our home with you, which makes it much easier and quicker for us to resolve problems. While we are remotely connected to your computer, you can also view everything we are doing via your own display.
Instructions for use
1. Click the Download SL Quick Support button below, then select a location to save the file.
2. Once the Quick Support application has downloaded, locate the file and double click it to run the application.
3. The SL Quick Support application will then open. It will look like the image shown on the right.
4. Enter your name and a short description of your issue and we’ll then be promoted to setup a remote session for you.
5. An invite to the remote session will then appear on your screen. Just click ‘Allow’ to start the remote session.
