Health and Safety

This tour takes place in a working factory environment. Visitors must follow all staff instructions at all times. Closed toe footwear and sensible shoes are required. Sound Leisure reserves the right to refuse entry if safety guidelines are not followed.

Age Restrictions

The tour is suitable for adults and older children. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Photography and Filming

Photography is permitted in designated areas only. Filming and photography may be restricted in certain parts of the factory for safety or commercial reasons.

Late Arrival Policy

Doors open at 9:45am. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour once it has started, and refunds cannot be offered in these circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund or may be moved to an alternative tour date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Group Size

Group sizes are limited to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Changes and Unforeseen Circumstances

Sound Leisure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns or factory operational requirements. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date.
