In celebration of 60 years of Leeds Conservatoire, our company founder, Alan Black, along with many other local businesses, bands, individuals, and organisations, was recognised for helping bring music to millions in Leeds and beyond over the past six decades.
The exhibition, which runs until June 2026 at Leeds City Museum, offers a fascinating journey through the city’s musical history and is well worth a visit.
We were delighted to attend the recent open evening, where a special moment took place: local band The Flex spotted one of their records on the jukebox and said to Alan, “That’s our song!” He replied, “That’s my jukebox!” A photo had to be taken!
We’re proud to be part of this celebration of Leeds’ musical heritage and wish everyone involved every success.
