Kevin, our expert polisher and sprayer, has a new apprentice—and this one is particularly close to home. Kevin’s son Stuart, has officially joined the team, stepping into the workshop with a spray gun in hand and a keen eye for detail.
Stuart’s journey here began at UTC Leeds, a technical college we work closely with. Even before joining us, he had already impressed by completing two projects we set for their students.
His dedication and skill were evident, and it was clear he had inherited some of Kevin’s craftsmanship. Now, after only a few weeks of training, Stuart has reached a milestone—his first fully sprayed rocket cabinet, along with several other pieces. It’s a big moment, not just for him but for Kevin too, watching his son take on the trade he’s mastered over the years.
There’s something special about seeing skills passed down, from one generation to the next. And if this is just the beginning for Stuart, we can’t wait to see what he’ll achieve next.
