Official Sound Leisure user manual for early Rocket 88 jukeboxes, Series 2 pre-2015, covering setup, playback, iPod accessory use, and tone adjustment.
Full Product Description
This official Sound Leisure user manual provides essential guidance for the installation, operation, and basic configuration of the Rocket Classic Jukebox, Series 2, manufactured prior to 2015.
Issued in March 2012, Version 1.0 is the earliest Rocket manual and reflects the original hardware and control layout used in early Series 2 models. The manual covers initial delivery and setup, including the correct removal of transit bars, activation of operate mode, and preparation of the CD mechanism for use.
Clear instructions are provided for inserting title cards and compact discs, selecting tracks using the front keyboard or infrared remote control, and operating shuffle and album playback functions. The manual also explains basic volume adjustment and outlines correct behaviour when the jukebox door is opened during playback.
Additional sections document operation of the optional iPod Dock accessory, including audio prioritisation and video output connection to an external display. Basic tone control is covered through manual bass and treble adjustment for each audio channel, reflecting the analogue amplifier configuration used in early Rocket 88 models.
This manual does not include later digital amplifier menus, Bluetooth functionality, or Diamond Pack lighting control. It is therefore the correct reference document for owners of early Rocket Series 2 jukeboxes from 2012 onwards, before later hardware and software revisions were introduced.
