Official Sound Leisure UK Classic Jukebox user manual for CD models, covering delivery setup, title cards, CD loading, remote control, Diamond Pack lighting, and iPod options.
Full Product Description
This official Sound Leisure user manual provides clear, practical guidance for setting up and operating UK Classic Jukeboxes CD models.
The manual covers the full owner workflow, including taking delivery, removing transit protection, switching from transit to operate mode, and loosening the mechanism suspension wingnuts so the jukebox can run correctly (see the delivery and transit guidance in Section 2). It also explains how to insert title cards by removing the title card mechanism box, positioning cards from slot 100 onward, and advancing the carousel using the rear white button before reinstalling the box and securing the retaining bolts.
Users are guided through correct CD loading, with the CD rack numbering matched to the title cards (00 equals 100, 01 equals 101, and so on), and clear orientation instructions for inserting discs straight with the playing surface facing left. The manual also explains everyday playback using either the front keyboard or infrared remote, including selecting a disc and track, album play using disc number plus 00, shuffle on and off, and eject track or disc options. An important operational note is included, if the door is opened while playing, the CD will reject and the arm returns to centre.
Optional features are documented, including Diamond Pack lighting with 10 selectable lighting sequences and colour hold behaviour, plus guidance for Xi and Melody iVideo models that play iPod video through integral screens and can output to an external display. The iPod docking station accessory is also covered, including priority rules where CD playback takes precedence unless ejected and cancelled, and video output routing from the rear panel to a TV.
This manual is a helpful reference for owners of Sound Leisure Classic CD jukeboxes, including Broadway Melody, Manhattan, and Gazelle models, plus supported accessory variants.
