1. Eligibility
Customers whose original Sound Leisure jukebox warranty is within its final month of coverage are eligible to purchase an extended warranty. Customers have 30 days from the reminder email or 30 days before their warranty expires, whichever comes first, to purchase the extension. The extended warranty is available only to customers located within mainland UK.
2. Duration of Cover
Eligible customers may choose to extend their warranty for an additional 2 years or 4 years. The extension begins immediately after the original warranty expires.
3. Geographic Coverage
The extended warranty applies only to jukeboxes located within mainland UK. Repair services, replacement parts, and callouts included under the warranty are provided only within mainland UK.
4. What the Extended Warranty Covers
The extended warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for qualifying Sound Leisure jukeboxes. This includes replacement parts and labour required to repair a covered fault. Specific coverage details are listed on the Extended Warranty product page at the Sound Leisure website.
5. What the Extended Warranty Does Not Cover
The extended warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorised repairs or modifications, cosmetic wear, accidental damage, damage resulting from incorrect installation, or issues caused by factors outside normal operating conditions. A full list of exclusions is provided on the Extended Warranty product page.
6. Purchasing the Extended Warranty
Customers must purchase their chosen extension through the official Extended Warranty product page within the stated eligibility window. Payment must be completed in full before the extension becomes active.
7. Proof of Purchase
Customers must retain proof of both the original jukebox purchase and the extended warranty purchase. These may be requested when making a warranty claim.
8. Making a Claim
If a fault occurs during the extended warranty period, customers should contact Sound Leisure through the standard support channels. Sound Leisure will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement of covered components where applicable within mainland UK.
9. Transferability
The extended warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise stated. It does not automatically transfer if the jukebox is sold or given to another party.
10. Limitations and Liability
The extended warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of covered components. Sound Leisure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, business interruption, or associated costs such as transportation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom unless otherwise required by local consumer protection regulations.
