We were proud to be chosen to host the launch of the Diplomatic Advisory Hub (DAH) on Thursday 5 March.
This new partnership between the British Chambers of Commerce and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) will assist UK SMEs with strategic geopolitical advice, regulatory information and risk assessment to support overseas expansion and trade. It was a privilege to welcome former Ambassador Richard Oppenheim, Director of DAH, together with Gail Braybrook and Charles Merritt, who have full access to the network of 10,000 people at the FCDO to support their mission.
Thank you to the speakers on the panel, which included BCC’s Shevaun Haviland, FCDO Director of Growth Tammy Reynolds, and our own Joint Chairman Chris Black. The discussion was expertly moderated by Steven Lynch MBE.
