The run-up to Christmas was hectic, but it was also extremely exciting as we welcomed Gudrun and Luise Wurlitzer to the factory to present them with our tribute to the most famous Jukebox in the world. The Wurlitzer 1015. Following the licensing agreement that was signed earlier in the year, we felt that both families should be involved with the final product sign-off. No point signing a piece of paper, though – might as well ask the head of both families to sign the actual jukebox, which is exactly what Gudrun Wurlitzer and Alan Black did! A fantastic day, and we are looking forward to beginning manufacturing and promoting in January.
